I need a database or list with contact information of major real
estate developers in the US. If they have done projects
internationally, this is a big plus. If they have experience in
Traditional Neighborhood design (New Urbanism)projects, that is also a
big plus. |

Dear Bookshelf,
Would the CNU Member Directory meet your needs?
The CNU ( http://www.cnu.org/ ) works with architects, developers,
planners, and others involved in the creation of cities and towns,
teaching them how to implement the principles of the New Urbanism.
"In these listings, you will find many of the world's finest
architects, planners, urban designers, and developers. If you are
seeking New Urbanists, this is the place."
CNU Memeber Directory
Under profession, select developer and then click on the search button.
Select name for full contact information

Please let me know if this directory serves your purpose.

Hello Bobbie7,
Thanks for the info! I am familiar with the CNU although I had
forgotten that they had this search feature. I did use it, but really
didn't find what I was looking for. More specifically, I really am
looking for a list or database of major *developers*- their expertise
in TND or international experience is desirable but secondary. I'm
trying to find out who the major players are in this industry. Thanks
in advance for any additional help you can provide!
Regards, Bookshelf

Hello again Bookshelf,
CPN?s Annual Guide to Leading Real Estate Developers is another excellent resource.
The following document provides a ranking of the top real estate
developers, based on the total square footage of properties developed
between 2000 and 2003.
Information included for 107 firms:
Complete contact information, key executives and property types and more.

Would this listing be a satisfactory answer to your question?
Thanks,
