Do new HP computers come with any Yahoo software installed (eg
Messenger or Toolbar, etc), or any Yahoo icons already on the desktop?

following response from Pre-sales Support:

HP and Compaq PCs do not include the Yahoo! Toolbar or other Yahoo!
software.  However, select HP and Compaq PCs may feature an offer for
Yahoo! DSL internet service.  I apologize for any confusion this may
have caused.
   
Please reply to this e-mail with the specifications you are looking for
in a PC.  With this information, we will be able to recommend a product
that will fit your needs.
