Does Alanis Morissette have cerbral palsy or any other neurological disorder?

In the Austin American-Statesman, September 30, 1996, they mentioned 
"Her spastic hand gestures and maniacal stage movement have spurred a
rumor that she has cerebral palsy (no lie), but they also make it seem
like she is living and breathing the frenzied, outraged, exhilarated,
scatterbrain songs she sings."
So it appears that this is a rumor, and not a real disease.  If you
think this satisfactorily answers your question, please let me know
and I'll post this as an answer.

There are no mention of her having the disease in any major newspaper
for the last 20 years.
