I would like to know, how much business per year selected key
automotive OEMs do with after sales (=spare parts). What is the ratio
of sales (EUR or USD, 2004) with spare pars compared to sales from new
car business? Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, GM, Ford, Renault,
Peugeot/Citroen, Fiat, Seat, Toyota, Nissan are the OEMs that I am
interested in. It would be perfect to structure the results like this:
Mercedes: After sales 2004: EUR xxx million, new cars 2004: EUR yyy million
BMW: After sales 2004: EUR aaa million, new cars 2004: EUR bbb million
...
