Black flat paint is made by numerous manufacturers, with each brand
using different ingredients, in different volumes, using proprietary
formulas. I have posted several paint compositions from different
manufacturers. All the paint manufacturers I found utilize Carbon
black in their flat black paint, as a tinting agent.
