I am looking to get smart very quickly on Digital Rights Management.
Please note that time is of the essence on this request. Only answers submitted
prior to 1pm (Pacific time) Thursday June 9 will be considered.
A correct answer will consist of:
1a. links to at least 10 free white papers / primers / presos on DRM.
These should cover the space at a high level (more forest than trees).
I am most interested in DRM solutions that limit the ability of
content holders to disseminate / copy said content. Please note that I
am interested in learning about DRM across all formats / all types of
media (documents, pdfs, excel sheets, not just music and video)
1b. A list of paid DRM white papers / primers / presos that would fit
the description of point 1. Most interested in those provided by
research houses (Gartner, IDC, Jupiter, etc)
2. A list of DRM experts and, preferably, their contact information
(whatever is publicly available). These can be from the ranks of
journalists, academia, or research houses (IDC, Gartner, etc). Please
only provide those that are most often referenced, not secondary
players.
3. A list of relevant links to websites, blogs, etc of interest to this effort. |
