I have 12 bit data to be displayed on led display in decimal format
not in hexadecimal. I found only hexa format ic chip . is there any way to
convert hexa format to decimal formatand display it in decimal on led or lcd?

Are you talking about an 8-segment display as in most digital alarm clocks?
