I want to use the self-cleaning feature on my Modern Maid
self-cleaning oven (has digital controls for minute minder and clock).
I cannot find the instructions. Help, please.

Hi there,

The first thing you need to do is to find out the model number of your
oven. If you already know it you can skip this part. To find it, refer
to this article on Amana's website (makers of your oven):

Next, once you have the model number you can find the manual for your
oven on their site. Go to http://www.amana.com/owners/index2.html and
click on the model number of your oven to download a .pdf file of your
manual. I recommend that your right click on the link and then click
Save Target As which will save the file directly to your hard drive to
make for easier viewing. (The Adobe Acrobat reader is required to view
these files. If you don't have it on your system already you can
download it at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html)
