I need trash bags for the 64 gallon industrial trash cans that are
required in San Francisco, but I can't find them anywhere on the net.
Can you find both trash and compost bins in that size?

65-gallon trash liners are readily available in a variety of plastics:
http://www.instawares.com/65-Gallon-Can-Liners.4.5.4844.0.0.8.htm
lists several.

65-gallon compost liners are a little tougher, but I found two sources:
http://www.cortecvci.com/whats_new/pdfs/ecofilm_retail.pdf

(If you can't read a .pdf, here is the same site in .html:

And http://www.ssc-inc.com/recycle_c.html describes a company called
Plastic Solutions Inc. that manufactures a 64-gallon compost liner:
"Plastics Solutions Inc. has a variety of liners including a 13-gallon
and a 64-gallon liner that will fit your current containers and our
Toters. Using a 64-gallon liner in the Toter eliminates double
handling and lifting of wet, heavy materials by employees.
