I need to find a database where I can search foods by specific ingredients.

When you say ingredients, do tyou mean nutrient content like vitamins,
minerals, etc?

The ingredients I am searching for are fats of animal origin. Poultry
fat, either purified or unpurified, is the main one I am looking for.
