What should I charge for this Graphic Design project?
I'm looking for how I can present an itemized invoice to someone who'd
like me to do a job.  It would be helpful to have references to
comparible rates by real firms, even if they aren't local.

I haven't done freelance for a while and someone wants me to design a
bottle for their product.

I have a bachelor's degree with study in graphic design, illustration,
and animation, and 5 years industry experience at a high profile game
company.  I live in Salt Lake City, Utah.  At my current job I make
$23.00/hr.

His project would be to design the label using 4 colors to go on a
bottle for a muscle building product.  The work would probably take me
a number of hours to sketch it out, work up a number of drafts, and
then fully render the final.  If he wants photography or 3D art, I
want to know how much to charge for that.  He also may want his logo
redesigned.  Royalties, and rights to the originals have yet to be
determined.

I just need to know what are good ranges to charge for something like
this, and how I could itemize out the fees for various things.  People
like this are often surprised how much art costs, and I want to know I
can stand my ground.

I'm looking to present this today if possible.
