I need a list of oversee manufacturers who produce ribbon spools to my
specifications. English contacts are necessary and North American
offices would be ideal. I have found a similar product
(http://www.morexcorp.com/bobbinribbon.html)
but have been unable to locate a manufacturer that can produce this
small of a spool. I have contacted several companies like
http://www.amspak.com, but the smallest diameter spool they produce is
3.25 inches.
Here are a few pictures of the the spool:

http://www.littlepinkbows.com/spool2.jpg (Traverse)
http://www.littlepinkbows.com/spool3.jpg (Spool Terminology)
The spool dimensions I require are:
Flange Minimum of 1.5 inches to a maximum of 2.5 inches
Traverse 0.5 inches
Tube OD (Outside Diameter) 1.0 inches less than Flange diameter
Arbor hole is not needed
The spool is usually refered to as a "glued spool" also called "pasted
spools" and "drums".
I want to purchase 5000 to 50,000 spools (I'm not sure of lot sizes
for this product).
Ideally, I would like to find the manufacturer that Morex Corp uses,
but I don't forsee them disclosing this information. On the back of
the spool, it says "Made in Taiwan"
