Describe your expectations for the future of networks, network
development, and management decision systems by writing at least one

As this is a "Describe your expectations" question, i think i'll take
the chance to describe mine even if they seem funny.

By the year 2020:
Caseless internet - no more operating systems will be needed. Just an
access point and some handheld device. The network will be almost
everywhere you can be yourself.

By the year 2050 i think: 
A microchip will be implanted in embryos with a 100Gbps/Sec port to
the sillicon valley directly.
