After calling the numbers you gave me and being assured that my
account is ok and retrieving my password and entering it I still get
the response:
"We?re sorry, but the password you?ve entered does not match this
account. Please check spelling and try again. Or click here to get
your password"
There is a limit to the time I can spend beating a dead horse and
therefore will consider this question as unanswered.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the way I answered your original
question, however, let me remind you what you asked:
"...can anybody help me OR INFORM ME IF THEY HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER?"
Your question was a two part "option". I anwered one part by
supplying you the correct telephone number. In your clarification to
my answer you, in a round about way, state that you talked directly to
someone at KeepMedia and they tried to solve your sign-in issue for
you. Unfortunately they were not able to "fix it". You never
specified that the researcher had to supply you with a phone number
AND a solution to your problem. Therefore, I considered the question
fully answered when I supplied you with their telephone number and a
way for you to contact them and still do.
In the future, if you wish more information than just a phone number,
you need to clarify that in your original question.
