I am looking for a ceramic tile manufactured by Shaw, style # CM486,
product name Ariel, color no. 00100 size 13 x 20.  Tiles were
purchased in 2001 and were discontinued in 2003.  Need a minimum of 10
but would take up to 30.

This is a recurring problem  - and question.  If you search google answers with 
tiles discontinued
you will get 9 questions with various comments that may help you.

I emailed Shaw Floors re: the ceramic tile and this is the reply I received:

" ...Once a product is discontinued, any remaining stock is sold to
dealers or liquidators in large quantities.  We have no way to track a
product that was dropped in October 2002. Please include the history
of this email with any further communication.
