I would like a list of the die sizes for all Xilinx Virtex and Virtex
II semiconductor devices (the physical size of the semiconductors).

This doesn't really answer your question, but I couldn't find the die
sizes anywhere for these things. I did however find gate counts for
the virtex families of FPGAs. You can get the gate counts for all
virtex products at the xilinx website:
http://xilinx.com/apps/virtexapp.htm#databook

In their "databooks" they list the gate counts for all virtex
products...
