Hello mattsasa-ga,
I have found a number of therapists who can offer online therapy for
you for sexual assault. To start with, let?s talk a bit about online
therapy.
http://www.metanoia.org/imhs/index.html
At the above link, it talks to you about online therapy and deciding
if it?s right for you.
?E-therapy is not psychotherapy. It should not be compared to
psychotherapy. It is not a substitute for traditional psychotherapy.
Working with a therapist in person is still better. But many people
cannot or will not see a therapist in person. E-therapy is a form of
counseling which, though it falls short of full-fledged psychotherapy,
is still a very effective source of help.?
I would also recommend getting help in person, but if for some reason
you cannot, online therapy is a better choice than no therapy at all.
Please read that site and decide if this is the right avenue of
therapy for you.
I also found a website that will translate English web pages and text
into Arabic. That way, if you need something translated and it?s not
available in Arabic already, this may help you to navigate and
understand the text on WebPages or that you may receive from an online
therapist who does not speak Arabic.

Now, as far as online therapists.
Grace Tree Online Counseling Services ? offers email, phone, and
direct chat options. They specialize in sexual abuse, incest,
addiction, and offenses. Therefore, I believe they would be qualified
to handle sexual assault therapy.

HelpHorizons ? Offers help in the fields of sex and sexuality. They
offer direct chat counseling services.

Personal Counselor ? Laura Diallo, PhD has been in private practice
for 18+ years and offers her services online now as well. She offers
phone, email, and chat counseling.
?If you are interested in working with me online via email exchanges,
then read my Client-Counselor Agreement carefully and then fill out my
online Client Questionnaire. Once you have returned your completed
questionnaire to me, I will review it thoroughly and contact you by
email, usually within 24-48 hours. I will let you know if I feel that
I can help you and that you are an appropriate candidate for working
with me online.?

to do online counseling, which you can view here.

Now, I also have another option that may pan out for you. I?m waiting
on a return call for Foojan.com, who offers online therapy in Arabic.
I called them to ask if they offered Sexual Assault therapy, but have
not received a phone call back at this time. I will follow up with you
on this piece of information once I receive a call back.

I wish I could have found more who speak Arabic, but it seems to be a
market that is lacking in that language.
You may also want to try Dr. Internet, who offers medical services in
Arabic, and could point you to an Arabic speaking source in your area
or advise you in Arabic as well.
