i would like software from http://www.phpbb.com/ installed onto my
server. The person will have to know PHP and MySQL.

I will provide access to my server (hostname, user/pass) and access to
PHP MyAdmin (user,pass).

My answer guy will download the latest installation, install it,
configure it for multiple forums, and test it - Making sure it works
from the user end and the admin end.
