There seems to be a reluctance in the UK for clinics to say that they
will do this. Here is one site that does, and the second one probably
also does do hymen repairs, a much simpler operation than some of the
others mentioned on the site. No doubt, there are other clinics, and
maybe a gynecologist would be willing to mention one.

This is a clinic in Belgium that is much more outspoken about its
services and lists prices (in Euro, not British pounds!).

IF you search with "hymen repair" you can find many sites, mostly in
America, some with prices. Be warned that many sites provide
immediately photos, and there will be other sites suggesting explicit
sexual content.
