- Average sales per restaurant for Houston's, House of Blues, Longhorn
Steaks, Tommy Bahama Cafes, Cracker Barrel, J Alexander and Hard Rock
Cafe' (US average only)
- If possible, average square footage and new unit investment cost for
these chains as well
- If there is a single source that has average sales for all of the
larger casual or casual theme chains, that would be helpful
