I am looking to buy a portable DVD player that meets ALL of the following criteria:
Screen size: 7-8"
Rechargeable battery standard: At least 2 hours life
Car power adapter standard
Home power adapter standard
Comes with game unit / joystick with a selection of video games
A/V input possible
Comes with carrying case or bag

Please find several options that meet the specs above.  Name brand is
not that important, but ofcourse would prefer it to be a known brand.

Also, I must be able to purchase it in a store such as Wal Mart, K
Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, Sears, or online at amazon.com or
another highly reputable online store.

Price must be under $300 total.

What do you mean by comes with Game unit??
