Hello juanafigueroa-ga,

You ask? ?Does one loose weight during the night (sleeping) only
through perspiration??

The answer is yes and no. The do lose weight through perspiration at
night, yes, but it?s not ONLY through perspiration, it?s through
respiration too.

?Overnight, there are two processes that cause you to lose water
gradually. The first is respiration. Each time you exhale, you lose a
little bit of water (exhale onto a cool piece of glass and you can see
this moisture). The second is transpiration through the skin, also
known as sweating. Over the course of a night, both of these processes
eliminate quite a bit of water.?

Ok, I have to ask, I ran this through MS Word again, and the only typo
I saw was in your original question. Loose instead of lose.

Where's the typo? LOL

I work so hard at not having them, I'm wondering if I'm missing something?

Nenna,

I suspect that the typo to which the customer referred is here:

"The do lose weight through perspiration at night..."

I presume that this should have been "they" rather than "the."

Nenna,

Yes, that is the typo. "The do lose weight through perspiration at night..."

I think you meant "They" or "One does lose..."

Best regards,

Juan A. Figueroa.

LOL, you got me. Now I see why it didn't get caught in spell check.
Next time, more coffee before writing :)
