I am the owner of a friends/dating website and plan to expand it by
adding a mobile-phone interface. I have identified a SMS gateway
provider which has the carrier billing arrangements and shortcodes I
need for my target market.
 
Please provide ten vendors which can provide social networking/dating
software which has the following features:
- Access mainly through SMS/MMS, with a robust Web interface included
and support available to intergate with the existing website.
- Customizable language interface
- Support for reverse-charge SMS/MMS billing
- User profile databases with photos, with support to import an
existing user database

each. If none fit all my needs, but come close to them, please
identify and explain what each lacks.

Hi, what location is this?

The target market is Indonesia. However, the vendor's location should
not be a problem since all they have to do is provide the dating
software which can be interfaced with a given SMS/MMS gateway. Billing
systems will be provided by the gateway firm.
