I want to know the market size for simple disposable infusion sets. 
US is most important, but Europe and rest of world would be useful. 
Specifically, number of unit sold as well as total dollars.  I am
under the impression most (>70%) of hospitals now use
electronically-controlled pumps, so a breakdown as to hospital, home
infusion, ambulance, physician office, etc. would be particularly
helpful.  If there is any information available on disposable flow
regulators versus drop counters as part of this, please provide.  Have
seen posting 122079.

Now most interested in market size for the "flow-regulator" gravity
sets like the Abbott "dial-a'flow".  Willing to pay full price for
useful information about just this market segment in the US.
