I am trying to come up with a conservative estimate for the # of
ranches (cattle, sheep, horse) in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. 
If it can be segmented by type - eg cattle, horse, sheep- great - but
that is not as important as the total #.

The estimate should be qualified and biased toward bigger
established entities (eg., by revenue, acreage, # head, etc.) I am not
looking for smaller, part time, etc entities.  Pls provide full
reference sources, etc.
