Hi I'd like some information fairly quickly please...
I'm looking for explanations/ guides on the following

An explanation of the limitations of CRO (cathode ray oscilliscope)
for measurements

Accuracy of using a CRO for voltage and time (or phase) measurements

High frequency limitations
low frequency limitations 
high voltage limitations
low voltage limitations

 The answers can be fairly basic like college level.
   It should be fairly easy to answer by someone who works in electronics

Is the price not high enough?
   It should be a fairly easy question if you know your stuff...
  If you don't think it's the right price and you can answer the
question before midnight 12th july I will tip another $5. If not
answered by then orginal price applies...
