Question ID: 53269
I am looking for the details of the actual first Weight Watchers Food
Program/Plan. This would be from the mid 1960s. I mean what was eaten
at each meal, how much, and whatfoods were allowed and not allowed. I
want the specifics. I do not need to know anything about the founding
of Weight Watchers.

"I have all of the WW books, and I think the first stages of the
eating plan was farily low carb, especially starchy carbs. I don't
think we understood why way back then. "

Good luck.

Just as an aside, I vaguely recall that in the late 70s, they used to
inject people with horse urine to aid weight loss.
