The value of all publicly traded stocks in the US is about $10 trillion.
Rank the top ten countries in the value of all publicly traded stocks
and give the value of each country in trillions of dollars (or
fraction thereof.)

I can provide such a list for EXCHANGES rather than countries.  For
instance, the EURONEXT exchange is capitalized at $2.4 trillion, but
this isn't a single country exchange.

Total stock market capitalization by exchange would be acceptable, but
in addition to euronext,can you supply by country exchange, for
example FTSE for England, Nekkei for Japan, DAC for Germany, France
etc. etc.
