My wife and I are in the budget phase of having a house built.  Local
regulations require that our driveway be paved because of the grade. 
What would the approximate cost be for a driveway that is 300 feet
long 12 feet wide and 4 inches deep.  We will probably have a friend
do the grading so all we need is the gravel and asphalt work done.
