Hello all!!!!    I want to start a site that sells Property Tax info
to Builders, Developer etc.

I need to know where to find the infomation WITH THE RIGHT TO DISTRIBUTE.

There are a lot of companies online that offer tax record info but
they are getting the info from someone else and selling it to you
without the right to redistribute.  I need to find out where they are
gettting their info.
