Where can I get a list of Toronto Tracts as defined by Statistics
Canada and their corresponding area codes? I would like to to get all

kanedaguy0ga,

There is a database for sale from Statistics Canada that provides
exactly what you're looking for -- a match between census tracts and
post codes -- but they charge thousands of dollars for the full
(national) set of data! It is called the Postal Code Conversion File
(PCCF).

I've not yet found anything that would provide the information for
Toronto, and makes it available at no cost.

I don't see how the information can be pulled from the links that
mister2u-ga provided in the comments (below) but perhaps he will
reveal their secrets in time.

I'll continue looking into this and see if anything else turns up.

Hello Pafalafa,
Thank you for that tidbit. I will try to pursue that channel as well.
If you can come up with something, do let me know.
Thanks.

Sorry, I meant Postal Code and Not Area Code. That was a brainfreeze.
My apologies for any confusion.

No prob...I assumed you meant postal codes all along.

And while we're on the topic, the following list of University
libraries all have access to the Postal Code Conversion File, which
seems to be the only way to generate a list of postal codes for each
census tract:

http://www.statcan.ca/english/Dli/contact.htm

If you are near any of these libraries, I can give you the appropriate
contact person to ask about running a list for you (or you could even
call up a distant library, explain your work and what you need, and
they may be able to help).

Let me know.

Hello,
Thank you. This is what I am looking for
M4N - Tract 0059.02 (hypothetical)
X#X - ####.##

I am trying to sift through the different sites, but didn't find anything yet.
Thank you anyway.

Hello,
Sorry I meant Postal Codes. That list or the Canada Post list doesn't
help. I need a direct list which has comparative tracts.
Thank you.
