What are the projected rates of penetration for satellite navigation
in new automobile sales from 2005-2010 (and beyond where available)?

Data broken out by year and geography: UK and US are essential; Japan,
Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe where possible.  If
possible data also broken out by vehicle type:  luxury, standard,
compact, etc.
