What is the best way to get a vector image for print advertising out of a JPG image taken from a digital camera. I use photoshop, but am unsure of the proper steps. |

Use adobe illustator CS2 to converte the photo to victor image by "LIVE TRACE" or use adobe stream line ! (converting the jpg to tif) |

The best way is to use a vector based graphic software. However, provided the fact that you only know how to use Photoshop. Photoshop also can convert a JPG image into a vector image by using the Pen Tool. It needs a lot of practicing to master the Pentool. Try using it in this case. |
