According to California Labor Law, is a corporation required to reimburse ex-employees for expenses incurred in 2001 but not submitted until 2005? There is a written company policy which states that expense reports must be submitted within 3 months of the date expenses were incurred. All company employees were laid off in early 2003. One employee has just submitted expense reports totalling close to $5000. |
