I am looking for information on industry standards for the budgeting,
planning, and accounting for facility/maintenance costs at a large
bio/pharma company. I tried to find either a book or a presentation
that
identifies best practices in this area. for example, what costs are
budgeted/paid for by the facilities department, and what costs are
budgeted by the internal client?
How do you allocate facility costs? by square footage/etc?

Also, what industry indexes are helpful to benchmark against. I am
familiar with PMON . . .

Ideally, I would like for you to provide me with where I can find
either a powerpoint presentation, an online training course, or a book
that addresses these topics specifically.
