2004. The source includes the publication or company where the prices
were obtained including the type of memory. Here is a short summary of
the list:

1985 - 512KB (from $210 to $440)
1989 - 4MB (from $753 to $1023)
1993 - 4MB ($110)
1998 - 16MB ($58)
2001 - 128MB ($39)
2003 - 512MB ($39 to $89)
