I know that its law in NY (I live on Long Island) that when an item is
advertized at a certain price, it must be avalible unless stated
"limited quantities" or "no rainchecks". If they cannot offer the item
or a reasonable substitution, they must offer a rain check. Can
someone find me the EXACT text of the law as it applies?
