Is there any site that evaluates teas from different high-end vendors,

  did in 2001-2003   ??

Dear  jujyja, 

I've found a couple of sites. However, not only that they don't match
Normbrero's database (they have relatively few reviews), but they are
also about as updated as Normbrero is.
