My objective is to find out the more about hotel operators.I would
like a table where I want all the top 4 and 5 star hotel operators
around the world with the following information in each column:

Management fee
Base Fee
Incentive fee
other fees and charges
operator guarantee
performance fee
average number of years of contract with hotels
% the hotel operator owns of the hotel its operating

If you have any other statisitc that you might think it is vital
please include it. I would like you to also to find the industry
average of the hotel management for the above. The hotel spectrum
should be from four seasons, starwood, hilton, intercon and so on.

As I would like to answer your question and have pertinent information
alot of what you have asked for is not presentable in the format you
have suggested, there is no set in stone fee as the fee is changeable
as according to several different factors. These factors include a
variety of different aspects pursuant to location, quality of hotel,
marketing services required, development services, additional features
of the property (golf courses etc.,). If you have one quote you
essentially have them all. If they accept the property...and thats the
big question..If you want general answers I can give basic percentages
and the services provided, but under the specifications your requiring
there is no real way to make a presentation.
