HI, I have a computer store in New York and I am thinking about
selling brand labtops such as DELL, HP and Sony.  I want to know if I
can legally resell these labtops if I  purchase them not directly from
Dell or HP but from third online company such as Tigerdirect.  Can I
legally resell these labtops without obatining any reseller licence
from DELL or HP? (I do have a reseller certificate from the county
which my store is open in.) Please help.  Thanks.
