Hi, I need two things:

1) translate from Italian to English the following text:
non hanno mai ricevuto gli atti relativi ad Lorenzo, pertanto siamo
rimasti d'accordo che invieró le copie presenti ai nostri atti e loro
procederanno alla trascrizione. Lo faró oggi stesso.

2) Translate to Italian the following text:
Dear Ms. Trotta:
Thank you very much for your email. I appreciate your work very much.
Could you please tell me when can I ask the certificate to the
"Comune"?
Once again, thank you for your kind attention.
Kind regards,
Thomas

From google's own translation service ://www.google.com/language_tools

they have not never received the relative actions you to Lorenzo,
therefore we are remained of agreement that invieró the present copies
to our actions and they will proceed to the transcription. The faró
this very day.

Cara Ms Trotta: Grazie molto per il vostro email. Apprezzo il vostro
lavoro molto. Potreste prego dirmi quando posso chiedere il
certificato "al Comune"? Ancora una volta, grazie per la vostra
attenzione gentile. Riguardi gentili, Thomas

Thank you jadbal-ga for your attemp, but I was looking for a human
translation, because I need an accurate translation of the phrases.
Even if the Google automatic translation service (or others) produces
a helpful tranlation, the outcome still have errors, which I want to
avoid.
