I migrated with my family to canada in nov 1995. I was 12 years old
then. We stayed there for a few months, but my parents did not like it
so we returned back to saudi arabia. I hold a Pakistani Nationality
because of my parents, even though i was born in saudi. We returned
from canada in March of 1996(parents decision), and i have been
studying since then. In 1999 I came to the US for higher education, i
have stayed here legally and completed my bachelors. I will finsih my
masters by the end of this year.
WHile in Canada, i recieved my own SIN number and Health Card which i
presently have. I also have the Landing Paper. I dont have a PR Card.
I have read through the information on the Canadian Immigration
website, and i dont think I can apply for the PR card from outside
CANADA.
Here is my question:
I want to return to Canada, and spend rest of my life there, since it
was not my decision to leave Canada. I was forced by my parents. I
have heard that the law has an exception for this case. I will be 22
in august of this year.
Thanks
This is the best i can do with the money, i had to pay for books. SOrry |
