I'm looking for an online service that lets me receive a customized TV
schedule for the day and/or week via email. In other words, I'd like
to be able to receive a list of what is airing today on ESPN and MTV,
assuming those were my favorite cable TV channels. For reference, I'm
a subscriber to the downtown Manhattan Time Warner Cable system.

I know about Bestbets.com, which comes close to, but does not solve my problem.

To clarify, I'm looking for an online service that lets me choose the
cable channels for which I receive a schedule. I watch only a handful
of channels, and I'd like to receive an email that lets me easily
survey what'll be on only those channels any given day
