NO!!! They are not a reputable company. I?ve done a thorough search to
find if they are engaged in any kind of legitimate business and my
conclusion is that this is a scammer. Here are the steps I took to try
to identify what this business is really about.
I first looked at their web site and noted that it is extremely cheesy
and there is very little real information provided about what the
business does and no indications of customers, vendors or news
reports. This sends up warning flags.
Next I searched for the address: <14081 Memorial Drive London, United
Kingdom EC7Y 1AF> and got a few hits. The very first one was a posting
on a scam warning site that said the business name was Job@Home, Inc.
with URL <biz-mail-express.org>. The others were job posting sites
with variations on the company name and the phone numbers. All offered
work at home jobs that involved getting paid a percentage of money you
resend to a ?collaborator in your country.? Such a job sounds
extremely fishy. Next I searched for <biz-mail-express.org> and the
results showed that this is a known scamming site related to an
international criminal operation that aims to recruit US residents for
various check cashing scams. It looks like money laundering or other
criminal activity.
Next I looked up the WhoIs records for <biz-mail-express.org>, and
<hc-express.com>. I discovered that despite the claim that they?ve
been in business since 1999 biz-mail-express was first registered in
August, 2004 and hc-express.com was registered in May, 2005.
The owner of hc-express.com doesn?t seem as savvy as the others and
used his own name it seems. The domain owner is located in Florida. He
used a fictional address but seems to have used his own phone number.
I have a feeling someone will report him to the authorities soon. He
seems to have been caught up with the international scammers and is
now trying to recruit more people for the scheme.
Below, I?ve included the various threads that lead me to believe the
company you asked about is a scam and probably illegal. I?ve also
included some information on how to spot fraudulent work at home
schemes.
It?s a good thing you investigated this company. Run! Have nothing
more to do with them.

My dealings with them went as such. I will keep it brief.. Answered an
ad in local newspaper. Went to web site and filled out info/
name/address etc. Soon there after began receiving emails saying I
would be receiving checks to cash and to Western Union money to Russia
after taking 5% off the top. They would follow up with where to WU the
money to etc. The whole thing sounded fishy to me and THANKS to this
site I decided to contact local authorities( before cashing checks).
It is in local authorities and FBI hands now..
