I want to fly to paris from Las vegas...cheapest flight...arriving
july 6,or7 or 8...then returning august 1,2 or 3..Once in Paaris I
want an inexpensive way to get to san tropez on july 14th and
returning to paris...july 19th...I really want to be able to kinda
tour around europe see greece...etc...Like with an all asia pass for
$1000 you can pop around see 30 cities in 30 days....Can you please
advise me on how to do this trip cheaply...nice tip included if you
help make this happen

The best search engine for flights that I have found is SideStep.  Go
to their website and download their small search application. 
Otherwise, try Skyauction.com (they usually have great deals if you
can be a little flexible with your travel dates).

How old are you?  If you are under 25 then Eurorail passes are the way
to go when skipping around Europe.  I am not sure of their prices
these days but 10 years ago when I travelled as a student, their
prices could not be beaten.
