Hi prop...

An LLC is a person or entity as far
as the legal/financial worlds are concerned.
So, the "person" that owns the property
will actually be the LLC.

If this LLC is actually a sole proprietorship,
or a partnership... maybe a single person has
a greater interest in the ownership. A search
for the officers of the LLC would be a good
start. Are they publicly traded? If so, their
financial info should be available easily
online.

The name you would like us to provide for
you then would be?

the llc will we owned by either an individual or possibly 2 or 3 partners.
I'm wondering if there is a source to obtain the names of the owners or
partners of an llc. in california. maybe a state regulatory body that controls
them as they do corporations. I seriously doubt that this llc would be publicly
traded.
thanks
