I would like to know the following:-

Several chemotherapy drugs are being used intraperitoneally.

I would like to know if the concentration of material used in humans
is identical to the one used in animals in studies, or different, and
if different, by how much.

i.e. if animal dose uses 1 mMol concentration, how much mMol is the
concentration used in humans?

In addition to the above, which is the most important question, is the
dose used i.e. 10mg per k.g. equivalent in animals and humans? If not,
what is tha ratio used?

I need this in order to see if human doses used more diluted
concentrations than animal doses.
