I want to create a mailing list of all of my friends. This list needs
to be created without sending an invitation mail or a confirmation
mail to them. Then i want to schedule a email to be delivered to my
friends on the list at a particular day and a particular time. But at
that time it should not be mandatory that i need to be online. I dont
want a software that does this. I want to know about all the online
free/paid websites that provide this service.

Researchers are often leery of questions that ask for "all" of
anything. You will be much more likely to get an answer if you request
a finite number. Given the modest price of the question, perhaps five
such sites would be an appropriate number.

I can raise my price to your required amount.. But i need the solution
to my requirement. Will a rise to $25 or $50 do??
