My guess would be the creation and joint endorsement of the Millennium
Development Goals, though I doubt it could truly be called the first
and only time the UN and BW institutions have agreed on strategy.

What leads you to think there was only one occassion when such a thing happened?

This is a question for a class in "Economics". The question is
exactly as the teacher gave it to us.
I dont know exactly what is the "Millennium
Development Goals" but i believe that this agreement is very recent
and it happened AFTER the joining of the new countries from the former
Soviet Union.
