I am interested in manufacturing couple of food products - drinks,
dips etc. I know how I want to market these products. But I need
information on how to actually manufacture these products in mass. How
to package? What are the requirements for listing nutritional
information? What additional ingredients should go into these items to
preserve freshness?

Are there consulting companies out that that can help me with these?
Are there books or other type or resources available?
